I found myself needing a repair for my 5+ year old roof after a recent windstorm. After unhappy experiences with the responses from two other companies suggested by a nationally known contractor referral company, I reached out to a friend who immediately recommended that I call Azalea Roofing in Wilmington. I did, left a voice mail, and almost immediately both Ian and Jeff contacted me. We and set up an inspection. Jeff came out and walked the roof and took care of the repair. He said the rest of the roof was fine when another company tried to convince me I should replace it! When you are dealing with your roof you need someone who is responsive and trustworthy. When I do eventually need a replacement, it will be definitely be with Azalea!
My story is a little different. I did receive a new roof in October 2020 from a different roofer who was not certified to install Fortified roofs. I had many leaks and that roofer would not return my calls.
NCJUA who was also very helpful. Next came Jeff Finch with Azalea Roofing. After hearing my story he went beyond what I expected. Extremely helpful, very professional but most of all he assured me that everything is going to be OK. Azalea Roofing replaced the old, previous poorly installed roof with a new Fortified Roof. We had a small leak even though the house is fairly new. My wife saw Azalea Roofing on one of the neighborhood social media sites. Jeff was prompt and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the roof but didn’t see anything glaring. He did notice a couple of possible trouble spots and took the trouble to do some spot repairs. Indeed what he did solved the problem. We will definitely be calling Azalea Roofing in the future with any roofing needs.
Jeff and his entire team did a great job. My mother is elderly and I assisted her with this process. The first roofer my mother hired took advantage of her. This roofing company was honest, patient, fair, did great work and our family could not be happier with Azalea Roofing.
